Sat May 22nd Cancelled for reasons beyond our control

Sat May 29th  I have arranged a visit to Milford Haven Port Authority Control Centre . We have to be there by 9 45am as the talk and tour start at 10 am. I will need members who wish to attend to let me know by May 20th latest as definite numbers are required by the Port Authority on that date. After the tour, which should end around midday, I will arrange lunch at a suitable venue. There are many attractions in the area of Milford and parking is easy so I will need to know also by May 20th if you intend to have lunch. To get there, approach from the bridge near the railway station, along St Anne's Road then Picton Road. The Control Centre is on Gorsewood Drive 

 Tues June 8th  This is scheduled as our ‘out and about' meeting in Newport Golf Club. Steward, the events co-ordinator , needs to know numbers going in advance so please phone him on 01834 871176. The bar menu is elsewhere on the site!

 Sat October 16th Steward has booked the Beggars Reach Hotel for the Club's 10th Anniversary Celebration. If you intend stay ing there overnight, it is advisable to book your room soon with the hotel as there is a wedding there on the same day.

 Sat January 15th 2011 This is the date for the Annual dinner Dance and it will be held at the Cliff Hotel, Gwbert. Again, if you are staying overnight , it is advisable to book with the hotel early.
